The Properties

All houses are connected to broadband and have a TV, microwave, washing machine, over bath shower and livingroom. They all have good security with pir flood lights, lockable rear gates, UPVC double glazing and window locks. AA Property lofts have 10" (250 mm) of insulation, full gas central heating with individual radiator thermostats.

For safety reason all student properties have a fire blanket in the kitchen, a carbon monoxide detector and two mains interlinked smoke alarms*
